Does anyone know where to find correct oem seat upholstery for a 1991 z28? I found this on e bay and I know Classic Industries sells a set. Looking for feedback on who has used which upholstery and how it fits and looks. I need foam too. (below is a picture from the e bay ad; its called Madera with Expo velour inserts) Thanks

 

If you aren't set on having stock style seat upholstery, then check out lethalinteriors.com Princess does amazing work. You can get vinyl, cloth, leather, or ultra leather. She will send you some samples so you can match your interior. Pretty sure I picked up my foam on ebay.

You CAN get "almost" original upolostery from SMS Auto fabric. The samples that they will send you are dead on, if you deduct the years of wear and sun damage. The drawback is they hit you hard with the price. Last I checked, they were at $90 a yard. And then, you have to find someone who will put the upolostery together to recover what you are looking for.
The covers that you get from Classic and Hawks, are made from velour, which is softer. The original fabric (SMS) is more of a tweed. If you are not looking for factory original, go with the reproductions, or go with Lethal. She does do GREAT work. You just have to supply the labor.
