Lower dash panel how is it supposed to look?
So, when I bought my car years ago, the lower dash panel on the driver side was not attached. Im guessing its the original panel, but who knows. The trouble is that there are 3 holes in the panel for screws, but theres no place to screw into for the middle hole. So, the result is the middle of the panel sags and it looks like crap (photos attached). Does anyone have a photo of how its supposed to look or if Im missing something?
Thanks in advance!

I "think" the center hush panel screw attaches to the small filler piece that fits under the column (it's removed in the second photo).

Thanks - now that I look at that filler piece (attached), it does look like there was something that broke off on the back of it which perhaps is where the center mounted point would have attached... dang, guess I'll have to rig something up then.
