91-92 Seat Belt Guides

Are the 91-92 seat belt guides that mount on the headrest replaceable or do you have to buy a whole new belt assembly? This is the style in question:

The replacements are cut in the middle between the two screws, and include a separate plate that goes between the guide and the seat. So yes they can be changed, but they're only original once.
