Making my own door panels
After doing a power window conversion I could not stand the hole from the window crank so I decided to try to make my own. Think it turned out ok for my first time.
Still have to sand down some areas, play with some more design ideas in my head, then foam and wrap in vinyl.

It looks like you are using hardboard so it is still important to use that plastic sheeting behind the door panel so water has less of a chance of rotting, warping or expanding the hardboard. I would also rethink using that piece of wood because it's not going to cover nicely.
