Re: Interior seats suggestion

Any sit will fit it would just be a matter of making seat brackets. Any stock thirdgen or fourthgen seats will bolt right in, the fourthgens sit lower I believe.

That's simply not true. You must be mindful of width, especially toward the center console, and the height of the sitting surface to take into account head clearance. Our layout is not as generous as you might think.

93 to 95 4th Gen Camaro Seats from Pick N Pull.
Non-electric, w/rails
I think they were $40.00 a piece. Needed some deep cleaning but came out really nice. Very comfortable and bolted right in.

You can have them recovered here if you want at a later date.

You're right. Seats from a van, a truck or an SUV/crossover probably will not fit. Most people would only put in seats from a sports car and I'd be surprised if seats from a Mustang, Challenger, New Camaro or Corvette or Eclipse didn't fit.

Re: Interior seats suggestion

I used some leather buckets from an "SL1" Saturn (I think it was a 2001). The rear seat covers from that car were also a really easy modification at an upholstery shop to fit the rear seats on our cars. I have a full leather interior for cheap.

Thanks. I dragged the gf along to the junk yard one day while I was looking for electrical parts, told her to go find me some leather bucket seats. I thought she was joking when she called me over to a Saturn. But, they are a nice supportive seat and the drivers side has an adjustable lumbar. As I was pulling them out, I looked in the back seat and thought how close to the same shape they were and figured the covers could be made to fit. Cost me $50 for the seats, and I think $80 for the upholstery work.
