Drivers front seat bolts/nuts

Passenger side front out no problem, drivers side three of the four nuts off but front right looks totally different.... like this pic. Anyone have any ideas or is this normal? The drivers side is power.

Yeah, that's not normal. Looks like a security nut of some kind. Hammer and punch or chisel would probably be able to walk it off.

Looks like a locking lugnut. Very strange. Was 3rd gen. seat theft that big of an issue back in the day?

Thanks for giving me an idea of how to aggravate the next owner of my car.lol Seriously, that's a first. Like DynoDave said, it looks like a locking lug nut for a car rim, but sawed off maybe as it appears quite short for a lug nut. You might be able to get a heavy duty pair of vice grips around it and try to rotate it if other methods don't work. I'd soak it in some penetrating oil for awhile first.
