Question on interior seat color
Hi to all. New to this forum. I recently picked up a 1988 Iroc convertible. Solid but needs some TLC. I'm going to re upholster the seats. The RPO code is 19C (Black custom cloth), but my seats look like they are Navy Blue / Grey. I've attached a few pictures. Do you think the fabric has faded over time or maybe the seats were changed? They don't look Black to me. Any and all thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Andy.

They look faded to me. Black usually turns purple in these cars.

Thanks to all for the feedback!! I didn't know there's a zipper on the lower rear of the bucket seats so I unzipped it to look at the cloth on the inside. What a difference there is between the Black cloth on the inside and the faded Black cloth on the outside.
