Restore 82-84 TA hatch & defrost buttons / switches??

Has anyone figured out how to restore the 82-84 Firebird / Trans Am hatch and defrost buttons / switches? I’m restoring my 1984 TA and my switches are faded. NOS ones are hard to find and pricey so I’m hoping someone can give advice on how to make them look good again.

I painted them with SEM Landau black and then had decals made up to replicate the lettering. Not a perfect solution, but they look good.

Thanks for the reply. Where did you get the decals made?
