Remove entire articulating headrest from Ultima seats

Car: 1989 Turbo Trans AM
Engine: 231 Buick turbo
Transmission: 200R4
Remove entire articulating headrest from Ultima seats
Searched but could not find it. Remembered you need some kind of a shim and slide it right next to the headrest shaft that goes into the seat and pull up. Does anyone have more detailed instructions? Is it front or back?
