Can you fix a door panel?

Hello everyone. So trying to fix the inside part of thehe trim. And not replace the whole door panel. Cause that's the only part that looks bad all the other leather looks great.

Has anyone tried ttop sp this

Since you have one of the rare leather cars, you could probably get an upholstery shop to replace the perforated panel for you. Unlike the cloth material, that vinyl is probably easy to match, and I would guess the overlap could be easily hidden behind that piece of Black trim between that panel and the armrest.
