I'd just call it the entire dashboard. Gonna be a big job to replace that.

Mine was cracked there and in other places. I had the entire dash out at one point to redo a lot of stuff underneath and repaired all the cracks with pieces of window screen and plastic epoxy on the backside (after roughing up the plastic surface). I put the little pieces of screen down and then smeared the plastic epoxy over it. I held and clamped everything together until the quick set epoxy dried enough to hold. The cracks are still there, but not very noticeable at all since they are pinched tightly back together. I'm actually surprised the repair has been holding strong over 10 years now.
