Favor please, just one measurement

Can someone measure from their steering wheel to their gauges?

Installing a custom dash and need to know the depth from the wheel for the inlay.

More info might be helpful...we'll need to know whether you have a Camaro or a Firebird, and what year.

It is a 1991 Z28. There is literally zero stock about what I am doing so I need to get a feel for how far the gauge were from the wheel.

Re: Favor please, just one measurement

you may not be able to get it positioned exactly the same, the dash will only fit in where it's designed to. if you want to move the gauges inside of the dash, or position them exactly in the stock position, good luck getting that information, if you measure a half dozen camaros, you will likely get 6 different measurements. the approx distance will be about 6.5" from the hub mount (bare column) to the polycarbonate gauge cover

Fantastic. 427 that is all I need. Thanks.

I am making a dash, almost from scratch so there are a lot of things to figure out.
