Dash Crack...how to fix?

Transmission: T56 six speed
Axle/Gears: 373 10-bolt
Dash Crack...how to fix?

Hello, I was wondering how I can fix this?
Is it too much work?

Get another dash pad.
You will waste time and effort fixing it only to be disappointed when it cracks again. There are recovered pads available that look great for around 400 bucks.
