Removal of manual gear locator emblem from shift plate
Has anybody removed the 5 speed gear location emblem from the top of their shift plate? Stock is a 5 speed but I just bought a 6 gear conversion emblem and I dont know how to pop the original one off without breaking something. Please help. Here is what I am talking about removing

Got to remove the bottom side before it will drop out. I think it's glued in if I remember right. Had to use a razor knife and very carefully separate the parts.
