z28 pace car speedo

Question about speedo design,I have seen some with the dual needle set up and a few with a 140mph,is this another random build option or is this mid year change

That speedometer was not available from the factory. It's a service replacement originally used on 82 pace cars. I bought one for my 83 when they were still available new in 83.
