Finally figured it out. Reinstalling 92 camaro headlight shaft
Had a hard time reinstalling the headlight shaft.
I took it off and found out the 2 white ***** on the headlight switch have to be on top (12 o'clock if looking directly at headlight ****) for it to engage and disengage.
None of the other info on the internet stated this.
