LT1 no start

I have LT1 in my 91 firebird been driving it for about year. Had it sitting for while through winter. Went to start it and it wouldnt start. Hooked fuel pressure gauge up check for bleed off sure enough 6,8,1,3 injectors where stuck. So I thought that would be a definite problem. Sent them off had them cleaned flow tested. All tested good once cleaned. Drained fuel tank got rid of any bad gas problems. Fresh gas and injectors in. Pressure check good pressure no drops. Crank, crank, crank no start. Did ICM test opti is triggering the coil to fire. Spark test all cylinders are firing. Dropped new plugs in still no start up. Hooked noid light number one injector crank, crank, no light flashing. Checked all injector wires back to PCM all tested good. Is it opti or PCM crapping out. Would a good scanner tell me PCM or if it opti? Or is there simple test I can do with multimeter check PCM with? Or could it be a sensor causing PCM not to pulse the injectors? Like IAC or etc Any ideas thanks I keep on fishing.

Check to make sure you have power on the injector wires. They should receive IGN power and are pulsed to ground.
