tubular crossmember

Hey guys i was wondering if i used a tubular crossmember would i be able to use 4th gen lt1 longtubes in my 90 rs? thanks.

nope.

because of the suspension diffs, the 4thgen longtubes go thru a areas that hit on the thirdgens.... same with LS1 headers too...

Yeah, I tried to put some LS1 4th gen headers on mine to see what would happen, and they hit the frame rails behind the engine.

On 4th gens long tubes will point towards the outside of the car, and longtubes on the thirdgen will point more straight back or slightly in....
