Torque Arm Mount

Long weekend w/ too little time in the garage with all the family around. We did get the motor and transmission in and bolted up. Working on custom exhaust which is sort of figured out but decided to call it a night and check it again tomorrow before starting to tack everything together.

Found out my old torque arm mount (off 700R4) doesn't fit on the 4L60E. Tried a search but didn't find anything. What are the 3rdGen guys doing for the torque arm? Thought about fabricating a plate with holes to match transmission and then welding the old mount to it. Going to check price for a new torque arm mount too.

As always any input appreciated.

I used a mount for a 99Z and it worked. You could fab something up, or just go to a GM dealer and have one in 2 days for $35.
