Another LT1 swap cooling question??
I've got a question concerning my LT1 cooling and stock radiator. I've searched and found the how to, but it leaves something out. after I bypass the TB and run the upper rad 3/8 line to the metal line that goes to the back of the heads, what do I do with the line on the other side of the TB that tee's in near the bleeder. Can I just cap it off? Thanks.

This is the fitting I'm talking about. It used to connect to the TB, but the TB was bypassed into the pipe from the back of the heads like I've read on so many other posts. so what do I do with this one? Can I just cap it off? Thanks.

I would say yes you can cap it but if the hose tears or comes loose, you won't know it until its too late. I would get a heater hose splice and get rid of the metal piece all together. I know that will get rid of the bleeder but you should still have one on the t-stat housing.
