lt1 runs on 4 cylinders
i put a 93 lt1 in my car. once i got it running i realized it was only firing the passenger side injectors. i hooked both of the injector wires from the c100 plug up to 12 volt switched wires. only one of them works and the other does nothing. i was thinking maybe it was in limp mode is this possible? any ideas would be helpful.

I had the same problem when I went from TBI to TPI. It ended up being the plug under the dash that went to the ECM. I didnt get it snapped together all the way and only one side fired.
Dont know that this will help with the LT1. Just thought I would throw that info out there.

What year motor and harness? I had the same thing, the '95+ harness have the injector wires in two different plugs. The C100 and the smaller plug that is with it.

Ok, didn't see the '93. Those are a beast of their own since they are batch fire injectors. You may want to look at hooking them up to two different fuses, and make sure that the wires are not damaged between the ECM and the injectors on that side.
Not having the knock sensor or oil switch hooked up won't cause this.
