answer i cant find about pedals

ive just about have everything to start my ls1/4l65e swap. im a bit confused and i dont get if someof u guys are switching to a 4th gen gas pedal or are u leaving the stock one in and adding something? probably a dumb question but i figured someone could answer that one thanks

We used the 4th gen pedel set and had a custom throttle cable made.

i think we are gonna keep the third gen pedal set and make our own throttle cable it sounds like as of right now. i think we are gonna do drive by wire. the thing that confuses me is my truck has the electronics on the side of the tb and i c some dont.. what is better?

Mine is drive by wire as well, it just worked out easier for us in dealing with the new clutch assembly. My 83 had the z-bar the LS1/T-56 is hydraulic.
