Wow - you've gotten a lot done!
Personally, I'm planning on mounting my PCM in the passenger compartment, even if I have to extend a bunch of wires - less exposure to heat, moisture, etc. (& probably vibration as well) all of which can take a toll on electronics...

Another problem... Coils.. What did you guys do? I have the ls1 car coils and truck coils. Both hit on the a/c box. Any ideas?

Well, one possibility is to contact '99blancoSS' on LS1Tech.com, he's selling a coil pack relocation kit so that you can mount your coils under the cowl, or somewhere out of sight. I think that it's a little over $100, but I'm not sure.

Or, you can do what I'm thinking of doing, & that's to get a set of 'make your own' plug wires & fab up your own coil mounts... (I just haven't gotten far enough ahead in my swap to where I need to research that yet, so I don't have part numbers or anything...)

I used the stock LS1 coils, but used a short (1.5") flat aluminum piece to space the entire passenger coil bracket up. Was able to get 1/2" clearance and still used the stock plug wires. Not much slack now, but it works ok.
