There is no such thing as a "carbed" LS block. An LS block is an LS block... So the question you are really asking is, will the 700R4 work with an LSx motor. The answer is...Im pretty sure. haha. I think the bolt pattern will bolt up, but wont use a hole or something. Also needs a spacer with the flywheel...and possibly a different flywheel. Do a search and you will find all the info you need.
HOWEVER... Unless the 700R4 is built, you probably dont want to put it behind an LSx motor even in stock form. The carb intake on an LS motor is very capable of making every bit of power that the FI version of the motor can make. And the 700 wont last.
Why not just run a 4L60E?? Unless you already have a modified 700 thats built for some power (350ft-lbs++)

i was just curious cause one day i may wanna do an LS swap and wanted to know if i needed a tranny to guess i would so maybe in a year or so ill have the money to do it then thanks for the advice
