LT1 Swap mostly finished
Swap is mostly done. I'm now driving the car. Quite a difference from the L03 auto days!
I'm running a bone stock 93 Lt1 and T56. Ran hedman long tubes with the drivers side header modified to clear the slave cylinder and k-member. Driverside header still vibrates and hits the k-member at an idle and is a bit leaky yet, but overall the swap is mostly done.
Car is pretty quick and a lot of fun to drive! Things I'll probably change yet are going to be adding a tubular kmember so I can fit AC lines and work on header clearance, and I'll be going 4th gen radiator so I can get my dual fan setup working.
Z28r i c e r did the plug and play harness for a very good price and was a big help, along with you guys in the whole swap process.
Overall I think the pedal swap was probably the most challenging part of the whole job. Being a big guy probably doesn't help and in the end I had a small friend get underneath the dash and drill the holes.
One thing I'll post over in transmission and driveline along with the faq board is that if you use the 4th gen pedals you NEED A DIFFERENT CLIP FOR THE BRAKE SWITCH! You can not use the 4th gen switch for the brakes. The part number for the retaining clip is 10200424. This was a major headache and took me about 3-4 rewiring attempts before I found the correct info.
Once again thanks to everyone here and z28 r i c e r for all the help!

Which Z28r icer harness did you go with? The one that puts the ECM in the stock location?
Just curious. I was going to get a harness from him.. but I'm thinking of going with a megasquirt now.

Good job on the swap. I only have one question. Why did you run the long hose across the top of the engine?

I bought the harness that extended into the stock 3rd gen location under the dash. I don't yet have the ECM mounted.
The hose is run like it is because the oil cooler line exploded on me and I bypassed the cooler and ran the line as such. I'll be getting that all cleaned up when I get a 4th gen radiator unless someone has another suggestion.
Thanks for the comments guys.

You can cap off both ports and all will still function. I ran mine capped for a year and a half. Now I have my heater return running to the port on the radiator and the other side of the heater core ran to the small port near the top on the passenger's side of the water pump. I ran the other two ports off the water pump capped for a while. I eventually pulled the two lower ports out of the pump and threaded the holes for pipe plugs.
