The inflationable restraint (airbag) light is on.
Would the total lack of a ECM being plugged in have any effect on it?
How about using someo of the power wires that used to go to the ECM.
Only other thing I can think of is I removed the center console gear selctor switch when I went to a manual and the airbag has a box in that console area too.
I'd really hate for the airbag not to work. Wondering what could be effecting it. Thought it was pretty much its own system, that's why I am wondering if maybe it's still working fine but some wire is causing the light to be on.
