That's probably the cheapest setup I've seen. If the miles aren't too bad, and it's the year you want, I'd go for it. The '01 and '02 LS1's had LS6 intake manifolds, and their exhaust manifolds flow just as well as shorty headers. I've also been told they fixed a problem with the clutch hydraulics. Don't know for sure about that one. That setup might get you closer to $4000, as long as it comes with the computer and wiring harness. If you do go for it, you gota let us all know how it goes.

Northern Idaho. I'll probably be moving to Coeur D'Alene and it's only about a 5 hr drive to where you are from there. I want to put my LS1 in the GTA but I'm not sure. I bought a 69 in sept that I might put it in.
