I have tried to wire in a HPTuners computer and the laptop wont recognize that the car is on. I have full contact and proper grounding and have tested all wires and still the tuner wont read the power coming from the car!?? I checked continuity from the pcm to the connector, checked voltage and everything! why wont hptuners recognize that the connector is hooked up?

I tested the wiring on the car and everything is getting power because the engine runs fine when i have just a little gas applied but as soon as i let go the engine dies....

I have checked to see if there is a vacuum leak and cant find any....

LOST!!!! Any suggestions??
