Heater hose fitting

I'm putting a 6.0L turbo motor in my 89 and my hot side is very close. Is there anyway to change the fittings so that I can get alittle more of an angle instead of coming out straight?

I believe I've seen people change them as well as the upper radiator hose on the truck WP.

Re: Heater hose fitting

Pull the fittings out and tap the WP for threaded 90*'s

Since the thermo neck is also so close, you may want to look into a remote WP
