4th gen gas tank swap

ok so my head is spinning from reading all the search results and now i want to make sure i dont mess this up. i can buy a 93-02 4th gen tank, tank out the sending unit and resistor board and replace the board with this part #25319676, and install the tank and everything will be great. dont need to hook up the carcol canister or evap system (just take them off) am i missing anyhting? like i said my head is spinning.

Re: 4th gen gas tank swap

If that is too much work then you can try what I did. It seems to work fine so far and didn't cost much at all.

I am not positive on 93-97 or 98 since it is different than the 99-02 stuff but I think you only need to swap the resistor board on the 99-02 plastic tanks
