have a question with an LT1 bolt right up to a 700r4 and can it use the headers from a 350 tpi???

The quick answer is "yes". The full answer includes, "But..."

The bellhousing pattern, crank-to-pump distance, etc., are all the same. Only the '93 LT1 throttle body will have a TV cable attach point, though.

You can use Gen I SBC 3rd gen f-body headers on an LT1. You may need to verify the header flange covers the D-ports, though. 1-3/4" primaries typically do not have a problem. 1-5/8" primary headers may need some port matching. 1-1/2" primary headers shouldn't be considered.
