Prob really dumb question but im kinda confused.
It possible to hook up a T56 with the digital dash in the berlinetta to make allow the Speedo to work?

Yes, originally the VSS wires went to the C100 like the well documented TBI cars of later years
Check under the pass side dash for a yellow/white buffer box
