T56 speedo reading LT1/LS1

Is there a difference? I have a aftermarket speedo that was in a LT1 T56 car, hooked it up yesterday to my LS1 T56 to see if i could actually have a speedometer, well, barely rolling in 1st was in the neighborhood of 250 MPH on this thing, so i was just wanting verification that they were different

93 T56's use 11ppr signal. 94+ T56's use 17ppr signal. Sounds like you need to change the conversion setting in your box
