Help me identify these connectors

I did a search but couldn't find what I was looking for. My harness must have gotten pinched during pullout and a few wires got snapped and I have no clue where they end or what they are for. This is an 06 blue/green truck harness btw

What are these?

This one is for the alternator, but the blue wire was cut...where does it lead?

Re: Help me identify these connectors

Left, trans shifter connector for trucks, delete

Middle, AC compressor clutch, optional

Right, oil level sensor, delete

3rd alt wire is the phase sensing wire IIRC. Ill look it up later

pocket, do you have a link to all the connectors up close like that and what their functions are? I was going to add to my cable harness thread a few that I'm unsure of as well. A thread with each one including wires and a connector pic up close and it's function would be really helpful.

I went through the truck pinout diagram and the only DK BLUE pin that is not accounted for is pin 73 on the green connector(Fuel Level Sensor Signal -Secondary) which is not needed, but it doesn't make sense that it would be tied to the alternator?

*Edit

Found the answer:

My next question...If I use an LS1 alternator can I just eliminate everything but pin B from my truck harness?
