89 TPI

HELP!!!!

I HAVE A 89 CAMARO 5.7L TPI WHICH I WANT TO REPLACE WITH A 94 LT1. I GOT EVERYTHING FOR THE LT1 ENGINE HARNESS TRANS. HOW TO I CONNECT THE 94 PCM TO MY CAR THE GUY THAT HAD THIS CAR CUT ALL THE WIRED AND TOOK OFF THE ECM. NEED HELP TO GET IT RUNNING
