Car: 91camaro Rally, work in progress
Engine: 5.7 350. 400hp 400ftlb torq
Transmission: turbo 350
Axle/Gears: stock rs rear, 3.23.
LS1 swap into a 91rs.
I'm thinking about installing a LS1 from hawks. They have an complete engine and harness, ecm. The question is will that all work. With the chip in the key. Or different commom.

Of course it will work. Read the LS1 swap sticky.
I think you're asking about VATS, which is typically handled by disabling VATS in the LS1 PCM, and by-passing the 3rd gen VATS hardware in the car.
