Car: 1990 firbird formula
Engine: 355ci
Transmission: t56 spec3+ cluch
Axle/Gears: 9 bolt disc brake 2.77
ls1 swap ?
ok so when swaping to the ls1 from a lo3 do i need anything like somthing to make the speedomiter work or will everything work by just doing the wiring harness?

You need to wire the LS1 VSS output to the speedometer input.
