Engine: ls6, ls1
Transmission: 4l60e
cts-v ls6
May sound like a dumb question but, would an auto tranny bolt up to an ls6 from an 04-05 cts-v? I have a chance to buy one but would rather not go through the hassle of converting my car to a manual transmission. I know the cts-v's only came with the t56 so im just trying to see what problems id be facing. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place if so, please move to the correct section

All lsx based blocks are identical out back... Meaning both auto and t56 mate to that "ctsv ls6"
Correct place to ask questions and find all the research necessary to do the ls swap on these cars

Yeah thanks man.. im a little new with this stuff but im definately excited to learn.Anyway time to do some hardcore research in this forum
