If you are LT1 swapped.., I have an HVAC question?
Hey my LT1 swap is complete..
about to do the 4thgen dash swap, but im not using the A/C.. i just wanted to retain the use of the heater for winter conditions..
So am i required to wire up everything in the HVAC?
also, i see some of you LT1 swappers are not using that vacuum controlled 3 port water diverter valve.. what exactly is it controlling and is it needed with my current swap??

The heatercore bypass is not required. OEM used it to stop coolant from flowing constantly through the core. With it removed coolant will always circulate and your AC will blow a few degrees warmer, but its not enough to overpower it. It will still be cold. For non-AC swaps you will never know the difference
