im in the process of building a 5.3 turbo for my 88 and im wondering what i might see when its finished and i take it to a dyno.

To start its a 5.3 truck motor with ls6 intake/ls6 cam pushrods lifter ect.
a 76mm t4 turbo, running it through a 4l60e. gonna use a stock TB



any suggestions would be great. i would like close to actually numbers not "i think" maybe someone has a build close to mine ?


i would be happy with 500 rwhp. this car with be a street drivin weekender

 

Stall? Gears? Dyno? How Much Boost? All have to be taken into consideration.

 

for now i have the stock posi rear end with the highway gears, i think 2:70's something like that. i have a 2400 stall and wanna run 10-11 psi boost

 

500 shouldn't be out f the question. Just make you get it to a good tuner.
