Wires Arcing.

Non 3rdgen but LS related. Issue is in my 06 2500HD with a stock 6.0L. All stock with 84K on it. Runs perfect and no engine lights. I put new AC plugs in at 65K and at the same time put on a set of the Taylor spiral pro wires. Had the hood up the other night and while it was dark out I saw #4 and #2 arching near the boot. Plug wires looked good. Thoughts? I'm half tempted to go back to the origional AC units with boot sleeves.

You got a bad set of wires, had it happen recently on an Escalade L92 as well.

Re: Wires Arcing.

Well I got a new set of Delco's and reused the metal boot jackets. No issues...
