Father Son 89 Iroc Z28

Well thought I'd post some pictures of our 89 Ls1 swap for everyone to look at and make suggestions. So far have cross memember notched for A/C and new motor mounts. Next week hope to have engine up in car, and then the real fun starts, Wiring the car up. Want to get engine in car before it gets too cold so I can move it into garage.

Re: Father Son 89 Iroc Z28

Engine a 5.3 with automatic 4l65e transmission. Have swapped out intake for LS1 style. Hoping to do a fly by wire throttle and use most of truck accesories. Have seen a number of people using truck accesories decided to try myself. Son and I are debating wether to install newer dash with gauges or just keep existing. Son is leaning towards old dash updated. Think I agree. Planning on Wiring car myself/ with wiring harness, computers etc from truck(2003 suburban). I'll keep updating this post with pictures and any good info appreciated. Thanks
