Wow! Car is super clean. Nice job
Very clean swap and car.Love the color/stance with the wheels.I do question the y pipe merge..hard to tell but looks like its not a smooth transfer into the straight pipe. How tight is it there?
Very nice clean swap, Good Job! Did you make your own wiring harness?

yep supertight under the car. LS1 intake into the stock snorkel. Wiring harness was bought. I can't remember the spring but they lowered the car 1.5"
I'd like to find a deal on a magnacharger.

one thing you may want to consider is to give that fuel filter some support... you don't want that fatiguing the lines over time by its free movement... you can easily go to your Chevy dealer and get a 4th gen fuel filter clamp and make a bracket to hold it...
my post #118 shows a pic of how i did it

you could easily do it in the location you have yours

I would really like to find a deal on a magnacharger.
Oh man. Looks like a factory install and the car is super showroom clean. Very nice job!
You may want to consider some SFCs before going the supercharged route. SFCs dramatically change the ride and handling of these cars for the better, especially when more power is introduced into a T roof car.
Keep up the awesome work.

some pictures of my turbo Firehawk build
some vintage minibikes I put together.
WOW! Do those bikes ever bring back the memories...
I remember the day when the XR70s were the bomb. My first motorcycle was the XL version of the XR, pulled off the lights, put on a rear knobby and rode her hard till she broke. Was always envious of the XR model.
Suzuki with their laid down shocks to get additional rear suspension travel. Followed that idea on my motocross bicycle and jumped the heck out of her ... till it broke. Had an 1979 RM100 of the same vintage, had great suspension but was too slow against the worst suspended but much faster YZ. Swapped over to the YZ mid race season.
When Yamaha came out with the Monoshock. Unheard of at the time!
I was a motorcycle mechanic in my early teens back in the 80s and pulled a lot of those bikes from the factory crates, assembled them and pushed them onto the showroom floor. Good times...
Super Cool collection!!! Thanks for sharing.

That's really cool turbo placement. Do you have oil drain issues? Use a pump?Originally Posted by keith42
