Trying to get this speedo done

I have a wierd setup.

my real question is.
Does the ls1 t56 vss output the same way the lt1 t56 does?

I have a lt1 but am using a ls1 t56 so the vss might be different.

my pig tail to hook the vss up should be here any day so I can get that soldered on and be ready to test it.

How its hooked up now.

vss feeds to lt1 pcm via purple and yellow wires.
LT1 pcm speedo output feeds to a gray wire that goes to the dash.

I just wanted to verify if this is correct.

Re: Trying to get this speedo done

Sounds like you have it hooked up correctly, far as I know the VSS output is the same between lt1 and ls1 6speeds

Re: Trying to get this speedo done

It is the same 17ppr to the PCM which converts it to 4,000ppm the speedo can understand
