Aftermarket kmember and issues
Aftermarket kmember and issues
Hey guys. Going to go with an aftermarket k member with my second lsx swap. Im going to use fbody acc. I really like UMI but they are out of the picture because the stock AC location will not work and no, I do not want to relocate it.
So, that leaves BMR, Spohn and I believe PA Racing? Besides having the stock Ac fit, will there be any header issues I should be aware of? Im going to run the Hawks 1 7/8 long tubes.

Re: Aftermarket kmember and issues
I am running a BMR k-member and have working AC on my car, but I am running Hawks 1 3/4" longtubes. I do not think that a little bit bigger primary will affect anything though. One side note is that with the BMR k-member you have to run their A-arms which add to the cost.

Re: Aftermarket kmember and issues
I have a Spohn K-member, engine didn't sit level. Had to do some fab work to one of the motor mounts to fix the issue. Build quality was good otherwise but fitment seems to be hit and miss with the Spohn K-member.
