Is the ICM supposed to be getting 12v with the ignition on? I have power everywhere but there, using psi harness, i wired up fuel pump and it works fine but ignition relay clicks when turning key on then clicks again, has no spark but has plenty of fuel, now the 2 ring terminal wires that are by the knock and o2 wiring, are they both supposed to go to the starter or is one of them a ground? Reason why i ask is its doing wierd stuff, as i was checking all connectors with key on with test light (i know i know, i cant find my damn multimeter) and unplugged the optispark connection at the engine harness checking it with test light on one of the prongs makes the fuel pump prime.
