5.3L Suburban Engine

I know this is not Thirdgen Related, but I was wondering if you guys could give me some ideas. My buddy has an 03 Suburban with the 5.3L engine. He says he can hear something dripping steadily on the passenger side exhaust manifold when it is running. He says its the intake, but i don't think so. Do you have any ideas as to what it MIGHT be? Im just looking for a starting point for diagnostics.

Thanx in advance.

Re: 5.3L Suburban Engine

Well nothing flows through the intake manifold to drip anywhere, and if it did it wouldnt be near the exhaust.

Its probably a Valve cover gasket.
