LS1 HP after new Tune
I got my car street tuned 2-3years ago. Ive been drag racing with that tune as well. I recently put the car on a dynojet dyno to see what it was putting down. Only 320hp and my 1/4 time was 12.4?? The scary part was the AFR. It was running at 15afr WOT. What the heck(this explains my slow ET). So i got it tuned. Added some more fuel and timing. Got the AFR perfect at 12.9. Car now makes 348hp/347Tq. Excited to see what it does at the track now.

Re: LS1 HP after new Tune
Well, you'll run faster for sure.
I managed a 7.62 1/8th mile time with my stock internal/LS6 intake 02 LS1 and with a T56. That equates to a ~11.80 1/4 mile time.
Having been in the LS game for a while now, hands down the best advice I can give is go ahead and buy HPtuners Pro, get a wideband, and start learning to tune the car yourself. You'll gain an understanding of the operating system, tables, and quicky learn what to do for results at the track. Also, don't be surprised if your car is lean when datalogging at the drag strip, as a dyno (in my experience) doesn't accurately load the car for real-world applications. You'll likely see 13.1:1 or leaner during a pass. I know it sounds odd, but you're where I was 1 year ago.
Good luck with your project, great looking car!
