Transmission: 4L65E
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.42
ls3 swap harness
I have a 86 iroc and swaping in a ls3 I am using a painless wiring harness. my question is how do I blend both together? is there a simple step by step guide out there? or should I pay $900 for hawks to do it?

In the lsx swap sticky at the top of the page, five7kid has posted very helpful links in the first few posts. There are a few speed are threads, detailing how to get the thirdgen harness ready to be integrated for a swap, getting a lsx harness ready to I regrade for a swap(which you can basically skip this, as the painless is already a standalone), then yet another thread on how to merge the two into one.
