what do you guys think of this deal
recently bought an 87 Camaro for a lt1 or ls1 swap. came across a lt1 block bored .030 over with new pistons rings and all. guy is offering me that plus a stock block w/pistons crank and all for 400. figured I can turn around and sell the stock block so wouldn't be a bad deal as long as everything looks good. said block was fresh.

thank 88. more I thought about it more I was leaning against it. I did find a 93 lt1 with t-56 for 1250. has body damage. so looking into that. waiting for a reply from the guy
Re: what do you guys think of this deal
Id grab the whole car, not a shortblock when starting from nothing. Piecing together the cheapest part of the swap (the engine) is a long and expensive road
